I had such a wonderful day today 😊
I started off at Body Control Pilates for their fabulous Friday event, where I enjoyed a really great session with Jacquie and Bridget - feeling both energised and refreshed afterwards!
One of the biggest highlights of the day was meeting the incredible Lynne Robinson in person. Such an inspiring experience and a real privilege.
To top it all off, I enjoyed a lovely late lunch with my friend Lena at Fushan Japanese Restaurant — the perfect way to end a fantastic day.

So proud to be teaching Pilates for the community through Watford FC 💛🐝
Working with such a special club isn’t just about what happens on the pitch, it’s about connection, wellbeing, and creating opportunities for everyone to move and feel stronger. Leading community Pilates classes has been an absolute joy. From beginners to seasoned movers, seeing confidence grow week by week is why I love what I do.
Pilates is for every body; building strength, improving posture, supporting mental wellbeing, and bringing people together in such a positive space.
