'Healthy' fruit snacks with more sugar than Haribo The warning comes from the group Action on Sugar, which found that 85 per cent of 'healthy' fruit snacks are full of sugar, fuelling obesity rates among young children and teenagers.
New research has determined that more than one fifth of children in reception are overweight or obese while that increased to a third of those in Year Six.
