Took the classic The AA UK bike to one of my favourite coffee shops today Eats & Treats. ☕️

Another happy customer!

New grips, tyres, break pads, service and a clean up and now it’s ready for the half pipe.

Last bike of the collection today. A 1970s Raleigh. Brought it for £15 in the 90s to get to work on . Now my tribute to the Mods scooter riders . Resprayed , white wall tyres, cow horn bars , Sturmey Archer 3 speed dynohub, a few lights for bling!

Today’s bike is the oldest. A Raleigh ladies hoop frame build in 1912 . After a bit of TLC it’s still rideable. 111 years old.
Got this from an artist who just had it as a prop in a painting. What a life it’s had .

Today’s steed . Ex Pashley Royal Mail delivery bike . Was red , now green with a hint of gold . Ready for shop window display for MKG .

Start of Bike Week today so each day a picture of something from the collection. First is my restored 75th Anniversary Raleigh.

So I got a call! Could I assemble a bike in a box? No problem. First time I’ve done a Tricycle. Instructions were as good as the LEGO ones , but got the job done 👏
