In order for you to attend the next 4 weeks you must come in to re sign yourself up as well as getting new readings done!

We are inviting all our Fit Clubbers, past and present, and their friends and family to attend an Award Ceremony tomorrow afternoon. This is very exciting for us as we will be giving out certificates to the highest achievers who completed the last 4 Week Challenge in January. We are asking if everyone attending can bring a dish to cater for 4-5 people and let's enjoy the afternoon together.

I'm very pleased to announce our FREE fit club starts again on MONDAY 1st February 2016. In order to be able to attend to the classes on SUNDAY 31st January 2016 from 11am to 3pm we are holding a FREE INDUCTION day to sign you up to our classes. This is the start of our 4 week body transformation which you will be part of for FREE!!!!

I'm personally inviting YOU to come along to start that body you've always wanted!
