Just wanted to do a shout out to another one of my clients...

When I started working with Karen Atkinson she was a little nervous and due to kicking cancers ass not once, but TWICE, had a few considerations.

But every week she came back more determined than the last. Now she's gone from a basic, standard program to a full strength session and cardio circuit - this one...

For time (4 rounds)
200m Ski
4 lengths sled push & pull
10 KB Swings (Blue)
40m KB Farmers Carrey (Yellow)
10 Wall Balls (3kg)

Time to get to work!!

I thought 40mins to Row 10,000m was a fairly modest time for me...

Turns out it was much more humbling than I expected 🥵🥵🥵🥵

Still...

Not bad considering I did no prep beforehand 💪💪

Next up Hugo Hugemarq's 100,000m ski 🤣🤣🤣🫣🫣🫣

On one hand I'm happy and on the other disappointed with my time.

Went for a Mini Hyrox SIM. Did 500m runs in between the Fitness Stations for which I used the pro weights.

Was aiming to run sub 75mins, but didn't quite make it

Never before has a 30kg BB or a 9kg Wall Ball felt so heavy - legs were jelly come the end.

But at least I have a target for 2 weeks time.

Just gotta keep moving forward 🖤💚
