Honestly, I would always rather lift weights if I had to choose, but I do actually enjoy getting the heart rate up once I’m fully committed. And the plus side is you will never regret it once it’s done, and you will always feel great afterwards.
Today was a minute of each bit of kit for 7 rounds, an easy workout to fit in when time is an issue, no excuses, just getting it done on a busy day. I had less time today than usual to train, it would have been easy to sack it off completely, but excuses don’t get results, so here we are sweating away as the weekend hits. 😘✌🏼💪🏼💦
