HYROX DOUBLES SIM WAS 🔥🔥

A huge well done to all our 42 Hybrid Rockstar teams who took on our biggest ever Hyrox Simulation.

The day was buzzing from start to finish with some blistering efforts throughout the day.

A massive thank you to my judging team who made the day run like clock work!! 🙌

ABOUT OUR CLASSES | EMOM

🔥 TUESDAYS 6PM
📍 SPARTAN CHAMBER

EMOM. AKA. Every Minute On the Minute.

More reps. More work. More capacity. 💪

Work against the clock, build quality volume and challenge your strength, fitness and ability to keep performing as fatigue kicks in.

How it works:
Start work at the beginning of each minute. Finish your reps, recover with the time you have left, then go again.

The goal? Consistency over chaos.

Find your pace. Hold your standard. Keep the quality high.
Strength + functional + conditioning movements, scaled to your ability.

Everything you need to know…. 😎

Date Saturday 19th Sept ‘26

It is less than 2 weeks until our biggest ever HYROX UK & Ireland Doubles Sim at the chamber and we cannot wait!

We want as many people as possible to come down and support all of the 41 pairs taking part.

The tunes will be loud the atmosphere will be pumping and As always the cafe will be stocked with cakes and bakes .

There is no parking outside of the gym or in our neighbours car parks. Please park on the road that runs throughout the business park.

Team timings have now been uploaded to the Team Aretas app. Teams will be setting off every 10 mins from 0830. All teams are required to check in 30mins before their allocated start time so your judge can give you the brief. ‼️

Anyone and everyone welcome to come and support. 🙌

Gym out of bounds between 7:30-4pm that day🚨

SWEAT INTERVALS brings high-output efforts, structured intervals and threshold training together in one seriously good conditioning session.

Member of the Month 🔥😎

Known as the better looking half of the infamous White brothers, it is my greatest pleasure to announce Mr Henry white as our member of the month for Sept 💥

In his rookie year;

🔴He single handedly carried George White and Dean Stamp to a podium position in the Spartan triples

🔴Managed to convince Jess Chadwick to date him

🔴Helped judge several competitions

🔴Started cutting 9 times

All jokes aside henry is one of life’s good guys. He works hard and is willing to help out where ever he can.

He isn’t afraid to put himself outside of his comfort zone and is the first to make others feel welcome.

His passion for fitness is clear and It is an absolute pleasure having him at the chamber.

🔥 Saturday mornings are for the throwdown.

Every Saturday, get stuck into our Team Games class, a group throwdown where teamwork, competition and good weekend vibes come together.

And there’s a twist… 👀 you’ll throw down with a different coach each week! Our coaches take turns throughout the month, bringing their own workouts, challenges and flavour to the session.

Expect to battle it out with your team through:

🤝 Team challenges
