Back at the London E-Prix, we had the pleasure of meeting and chatting with some of the amazing trackside marshals from the , learning more about the vital work they do to help keep race events running safely.

Marshals are the beating heart of motorsport, so it was fantastic to go behind the scenes and see what life is like at one of their posts at ExCeL London 🏁

🏆 Know a young volunteer making a difference in motorsport?

New for 2026, the Young Volunteer of the Year Award will recognise the dedication, enthusiasm and impact of volunteers under 35 across our sport. 🙌

From marshals and officials to Club volunteers and organisers, we want to celebrate the people giving their time and helping make motorsport happen.

The winner will receive £1,000 and a trophy, with £500 and a trophy for the runner-up.
