For mental health month, we recorded some of the so called “scariest guys at Maverick”

As you can realise from the video. They aren’t scary, just people coping who are genuine and nice humans.

It’s been a busy month for us. So, these will be posted into July. As mental health isn’t just a month it’s a lifetime battle.

Monday Night Deadlifts for the small group training gang
