We have two new ante natal rehab mat based classes with Judy every Tuesday (post natal) and Friday (post and ante natal) at 1.30pm in Welwyn. Babies are welcome too.
These classes are great for rehab and recovery from any specific pelvic floor weakness issues (incontinence/prolapse) and diastasis re**us abdominus or general abdominal weakness. They also to help manage any musculoskeletal aches and pains -
Shoulders/back/neck/knees.
Pregnancy the focus is to maintain and build strength and mobility and help manage/ avoid any issues with pelvic girdle pain. It also helps prevent post natal issues mentioned above.
