What did we do to lose AJ’s c section tummy?
✨ Started her with a home strength training programme that worked around her and her children by giving her shorter manageable workouts 💪🏼

✨ Never let her give up on herself because we saw something that she couldn’t 🥰

8 week cut - 2 weeks down 💪🏼
As promised I am sharing my journey after a 6 month muscle building phase.
I’m now in a mini cut where the goal is to reveal more muscle 🙏🏼
To keep myself accountable I have booked a confidence shoot at the beginning of July with the amazing
The first two weeks have gone to plan and I’ve been super consistent with my steps, training sessions and nutrition.
Result so far 👇🏼
✨ 2kg down
✨ Muscle coming through nicely on my legs which I am super pleased with as I find my lower body is slower to lean out compared to my upper
✨ Strength in the gym is still good even with slightly less calories
What am I doing to see results 👇🏼
🚀 Training- no changes to what I always do. 4 strength sessions a week split into pull, push, glute/hamstrings and quads.
🚀 14-15,000 steps daily goal (increased by 2k)
🚀 Calories currently sitting at 2500 (300 lower than my build calories)
🚀 Nutrition hasn’t changed and I’m not restricting any of my favourite foods
🚀 Avoiding alcohol as a choice so I stay focused on the goal
Super pleased with my first two weeks! Half term next week so I’ll be bringing my own lunch and choosing the best options I can if we have any spontaneous meals out.

13kgs gone forever - Here’s how 👇🏼
