Rise: The Mama Movement is our 8-week pre & postnatal course for mums who want to move with confidence, build strength and feel connected to their bodies. Led by Bella, it’s a welcoming space for every stage of motherhood.
Every Tuesday from 2nd June, with coffee and a Q&A after each class!

Yesterday, 7 of our Rise Gym team from across both clubs volunteered at Welwyn Garden City Race for Life, supporting the event team at the start and finish lines, cheering on participants, and helping create an incredible atmosphere throughout the day.
We’re so proud to be part of events that bring people together, and we can’t wait to support the Stevenage Race for Life in July!
