Last week, 7 members of our community travelled to Canada for the ABS Powerlifting Series.

On the platform:
Claire — Division 1 WIN going 9/9 in her first ABS comp
Keeley — Division 2 WIN, leading from the start
Jen — 8/9 in the Pro:Am main event, her first sleeved meet
Rob — a fantastic debut as a Division 1 athlete

This is a phenomenal achievement and a testament to the dedication, discipline and hard work they've put into both their own training and coaching others.
