POWER HOUR🐝

Week two of the Bees’ POWER HOUR is done! 💪🔥

Another week of getting moving, putting in the extra work and, most importantly, having fun together outside of our usual training sessions.

This week, the Women’s Team got stuck into ultimate frisbee 🥏 — plenty of running, teamwork and lots of laughs along the way!

Here’s a little look at what the Bees have been getting up to during our 7–8pm POWER HOUR 📸🐝

That’s two weeks down, and now it’s time for our Wellbeing Team to take over for the next two weeks with some Mindful Moments 🧘‍♀️💭 — a chance to slow down, reset and focus on looking after ourselves.

Keep putting in those extra hours, both on and off the pitch! 🔥

POWER HOUR🐝

This August, the Bees are taking on a fitness challenge designed to celebrate all the extra work going on outside of our usual training sessions.

The concept is simple: get moving, snap a picture and share it with the squad during our 7–8pm POWER HOUR 💪

And it doesn’t have to be rugby, running or the gym - walks, swimming, Pilates, cycling, hiking… if it gets you moving, it counts!

Week one has already seen plenty of entries, so here’s a little look at what the Bees have been getting up to away from the training pitch 📸🐝

One week down, one to go. Keep putting in those extra hours! 🔥
