♨️ We are dancing this evening but I am modifying the playlist because of the heat .
♨️There will be slower tracks in the middle of the playlist, we are lowering the intensity.
♨️Remember to bring a bottle of water 💦
♨️Staying hydrated before and during the class
♨️Take breaks when you need to
♨️Wear-lightweight loose- fitting clothes
♨️Take smaller steps
♨️You can bring a small hand towel or flannel and dampen in cold water rotating this around your neck and arms, it will help cool your skin
♨️Pace yourself, drink plenty
♨️♨️ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOUR BODY ♨️♨️
