As we say goodbye to 2025 I just have to say…Thank you for showing up, for challenging yourselves, and for being such a wonderful part of this community. As a unilateral exercise, it's great for evening out any muscular imbalances on the two sides
It can help improve balance and stability
It maintains and improves ankle, knee, hip and core stability

Can anyone help? I’m happy to drop things off to The Friary if you want to bring items to the classes, I’m not far from them.
