I am so proud of these Yoga Teachers who committed an entire year, putting in time, passion, studying, and home practice to complete their 200-hours Yoga Teacher Training. Challenging self-believes, stepping out of their comfort zones, and growing in the role of true healers for the world.
Now it is time to celebrate them. If you want to attend our final class, we will share 15 minutes of teaching each, bringing everybody together.
Class starts at 10.30 am and finishes at 11.45 am, followed by official certifications, cake, fruit and tea.
The event is FREE.

Balance is such a precious aspect of life to cultivate each day.
I create balance by walking early in the morning with Kokoro, my dog, connecting with people on a fulfilling job, returning home on time to spend invaluable moments with my family and using my evenings to restore with my yoga students. Not all days are the same, but all days have self-care carefully planned because if I do not look after myself, I can not help anybody else.
I am so happy to be able to teach Thursday evening Restorative Class at Bliss Yoga and Wellbeing in Beeston.

My yoga practice has changed so much in the last decade; now, in my 40th, I have finally given myself permission to rest and just be. This is what I love to share most with my students.
