CHALLENGE each member by bringing your best to each class. This allows them to practice before they ever reach the event.

SUPPORT each member on their journey. Ask them questions, wish them well and praise their efforts.

JOIN. Some squads send 50+ members to events and we've yet to crack 15. Buts thats okay - we're here when you're ready.

Reverse Roundhouse from our hot Saturday Class.

Class cancellations are weighing up risk Vs reward.

Running a sports club requires us to consider the health/safety of our members and poor practice affects insurance liabilities.

Please come in to each session and sit before the class starts (no running around).

Please bring a water bottle and ensure you are hydrated before the class even starts.

Activities will depend upon time/age/mood/heat and it is our aim to run all classes in a fun, safe environment and keep the necessary structure of the usual day.

If for any reason to question the safety of students in the heat then obviously we will readdress.
