Try and stay active over the winter period, if the weather isn't behaving or you have days where you don't want to walk anywhere, why not try seated exercises for your age group or disability try Google or YouTube put NHS seated exercises in the search, it's all about feeling stronger and staying fit and healthy, you never know you may be surprised it will have a good affect on your mental health too. 😍 πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ If you haven't done any exercise for sometime always check with your GPs first, always start gently and carefully and listen to your body, it takes 12 weeks for your muscles to get strong, so keep going don't give up πŸ’ͺ
