The 1st XI are back at Stamford Road this Saturday to play Cavaliers & Carrington CC II, looking for some consistent form after a run of mixed results which stills sees them sat in 3rd place in NPL 2, 14 points adrift of second place. 11.30am Start. Live on YouTube. 

The promotion race is heating up in division B for the 2nd XI who climbed back into second place just a point behind the leaders with victory last weekend. Another important Saturday awaits as they make the short trip to Platt Lane to take on 4th place 12.00pm Start. 

It is 4th v 5th clash in division F for the 3rd XI. Balderton C.C are the visitors to Adbolton Lane. 1.00pm Start.

The 4th XI face a tricky away trip to second place Chilwell II in division J. 1.00pm Start. 

A rare defeat for the 5th XI last week saw them slip to third place in the table. A tough test away at league leaders Oxton Cricket Club awaits as the team look to lay down their promotion credentials. 1.00pm Start.

Joseph McLaughlin hit a third consecutive half century to get the 2s back to winning ways against Collingham II.

There was a 5 Maggies Nottingham wicket haul for youngster Finlay Buckle who took 6 wickets, all bowled, for the 6th XI in their friendly against Caythorpe on Sunday. 



Shoutout to the 2s! The lone winners on Saturday after being the only team to miss out on a win last week. Talk about a complete flip. 🔄🏏

A fantastic win at Welbeck last Saturday put the 1st XI firmly back in the hunt for a promotion place. This Saturday another long away trip to Bawtry with Everton CC awaits. 11.30am Start. Live on YouTube (Bawtry). 

The race for promotion is looking tight in division B with 9 points separating the top 5. It is 4th v 2nd as the 2nd XI welcome Collingham & District CC to Stamford Road. 12.00pm Start. Live on YouTube. 

The 3rd XI travel to Sutton Bonnington to play III with both teams in contrasting runs of form. The 3s will be looking to keep the pressure on the top 2 in division F. 1.00pm Start.

it is derby day for The 4th XI at Adbolton Lane as they welcome West Bridgford Legion CC II, once again looking to stay in touch in the race for promotion. 1.00pm Start. 

The form side in the club are the 5th XI. They will be aiming for another good afternoon in their quest for a top 2 finish as Attenborough Cricket Club IV come to Clifton. 1.00pm Start.

Shandy Shack Performance’s of the week

A match winning knock timed to perfection from Sameera Sadamal who guided the 1st XI to a last over win away at Welbeck to keep their NPL 2 promotion challenge alive.

A second half century in 2 games from Joseph McLaughlin helped the 2s post 251. He was well supported by Ashley Brown who hit a brisk 52.

The standout performance of the week with the bat came from Kamal Mani who hit an unbeaten 97 against Claypole which saw the 4s chase down 223.

Ibby Nisar was the pick of this weeks bowlers with a Maggies Nottingham 5 wicket haul as the 5s bowled Thrumpton out for 47.

We’ll take 4 wins out of 5!💪

Another successful Saturday for our open age teams! The 3s and 5s bowled out their opposition for under 100 and chased the runs down comfortably. Ibi Nisar starred with the ball for the 5s with 5 wickets for 10 runs. The 1s and 4s had bigger totals to chase; Sameera Sadamal (86*) hit a 4 on the penultimate ball to get the 1s over the line, while Kamal Mani scored 97* to secure victory for the 4s.

Two West Bridgfordians played important roles at the Test Match at Trent Bridge today. Cate Hayes rang the five-minute bell as a recognition for being named an ECB Honorary Life Vice-President and .hollandd took on the role of 12th man.for England.
