In this session I’m performing a muscular endurance circuit.
It’s all about moving well. Moving in multiple planes of motion with key movement patterns such as push, pull, squat, lunge and rotate.
This workout really got my heart rate up and had a cardiovascular effect too. ❤️

It’s always fun teaching Suspension Training Workshops. These instructors were fans before the training and are even more so now they have new skills to put into practice. Class participants look out 👀

Happy 2025 everyone 🙌🏻
It seems a lot of people have had a dismissive approach to New Years Resolutions over the last few years. Many tell me it’s because they don’t keep them, in that case you’re doing something wrong🤷🏼♂️.
I for one love NY and think it’s the perfect prompt to reflect on your achievements and failures over the last year and to plan who you want to become and what you want to achieve in the coming 12 months. 🎓💪🏻
I use this time to write down goals, plan the process and enjoy writing key benchmarks in my diary. 📝
My goals are set, I’m adding the detail to them throughout Jan and the infamous Jan diet starts Monday. 🥒
I would love you to bring your goals to your next workout or if you need help making them come and talk to me about it.
