Please remember to **validate your parking on arrival** at the gym to avoid receiving a parking fine. 🅿️

âś… Validate your parking as soon as you arrive
🧾 Make sure you ask for a receipt as proof of validation
⚠️ Do not wait until after your workout to validate your parking

Please be aware that if you validate your parking after your training session, you may be liable for a parking fine.

Unfortunately, we are unable to appeal parking tickets on behalf of members, so please make sure your parking has been correctly validated when you arrive.

We’re excited to announce that work is underway to create our new **Women’s Only Workout Space**, providing a dedicated and comfortable environment for our female members to train.

Due to the ongoing refurbishment, we are currently unable to confirm an exact completion or opening date. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while the work continues.

We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as the opening date has been confirmed.

Due to the ongoing refurbishment works, we are pleased to let you know that our **new studio is currently under construction**.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused while these improvements are taking place. At this stage, we do not yet have a confirmed completion or opening date, but we will keep you updated and share more information as soon as it becomes available.

Unfortunately, the new **female changing rooms will not be available until next week**. The exact opening date is still to be confirmed, and we will provide an update as soon as we have further information.

We do have a gender neutral toilet and shower facilities on site.

The toilet is located near the water fountain and the shower is next to the Male changing room.

Please do ask a member of staff if you are still unsure on where these are located.
