Huge thank you to everyone who came along to our first free community picnic event at Dartmouth Park this weekend and made it such a success 🙌 thanks must also go to and Steve for delivering sessions with me and bringing all the energy. We had the best day with gorgeous weather and we’re looking forward to the next event already!

I delivered my final summer soundbath of the season at last night. It’s been an absolutely glorious summer with such beautiful weather. So many new people introduced to sound for the first time and it was lovely to see so many familiar faces from previous years. I couldn’t have asked for more!

If you missed it, there’s a couple of spaces left at my soundbath tomorrow at 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 for dry weather (then I’ll be doing a rain dance 🌦️)

We're having a picnic, and you're invited!

Join us on Saturday 22 August at Dartmouth Park from 11.30am for free Yoga, Tai Chi and Line Dance taster sessions with myself, PJ and Steve, and then stay for a community picnic.

Bring a blanket, something to eat/share and the family. Children and well-behaved dogs are welcome to join us - this event is for everyone, whether you're a regular in one of our classes or brand new!

We'll be meeting by the bandstand, and the cost is free, but please book to give us an idea of numbers for refreshments. Looking forward to seeing you there!

New online class starting tomorrow!

Sundown Yoga has been designed for people that can't always get to our in-person sessions; especially carers, parents and tired people.

It is a 45mins floor-based practice, with slow, gentle movements and a nourishing relaxation. It can be done in your pyjamas, and cameras can be kept off (there is no performance here), helping you move straight from your mat to your bed.

Starting at 8pm every Tuesday on Zoom, cost £5 drop-in and part of our monthly memberships, book on www.bodymindcollective.cc or the Momence App.
