West Kirby Yoga Hello! We are Sadruddin and Sarah, teaching yoga in West Kirby on the Wirral for over 20 years between us.

We believe yoga is for everyone and provide friendly, affordable drop-in classes for all levels to help you improve your well-being and happiness.

Join us for an hour of peace with Lama Yeshe on Saturday 30th August at 7pm at Newton Village Hall, West Kirby CH48 8BJ. Lama Yeshe is a Tibetan Buddhist monk and will share his life story followed by a short meditation and some light refreshments. Lama never charges for his teachings, but donations, if desired, are welcome on the evening. Plenty of free parking available.
