🏊🏼♂️ JUNIORS AQUATHLON EVENT 🏃🏻♀️
This week we’ll be running a Mini Aquathlon for our Junior members at West Calder High School. It will be a great opportunity to practice for future events 💪🏽
We would love to see a full house, however it’s not compulsory. Anyone who doesn't fancy it will be able to just complete a swim set as normal.
In order to run successfully we are looking for some parent/guardian helpers to help with Spotting and Marshalling. Please give us a shout if you can help 💬

We’re excited to get back to training this week and we’re kicking off the New Year with Monday night swim at Deans. Take a look at our training foci for this month and get in touch if you have any questions!
🏊🏼♀️ Ease back in with our “Get Back to Swimming” sessions on Monday and Wednesday nights this month. There will be no pressure, so do as little or as much as you wish. Our lanes will be set up to cater for those opting to swim in 50m, 100m and 200m sets.
🚴🏻 As it’s winter, our cycling sessions will take place via Zwift on Thursday and Friday evenings. Thursday sessions will have you cycling with those of a similar ability whereas Fridays will be one for everyone. Coach Kenton has us covered here. We’ll be adding in some outdoor sessions in the lead up to the Kinross Sportive in April.
🏃🏽♂️ Coach Alan has been busy designing a 3 month programme suitable for all abilities and has the added bonus of detailing how our Tuesday running sessions can work alongside the rest of your training AND some strength and conditioning exercises. You can’t say we’re not good to you!
We’re looking forward to welcoming back our and would love to hear from you if you want to
