Working from home full time means I can finally pour everything into the women I coach… not rushed first thing in the morning and not whatever’s left at the end of a long day.

My world has been smaller on purpose… family, grounding, healing, and building slowly behind the scenes, both personally and through the work I’m creating for and .journals 🖇️🧸💗
Not everything needs an audience to be meaningful.

I’m learning to honour my energy, move at a healthier pace, and choose what feels real over what looks “busy”.

Preparing for the week ahead is the key for a successful week. I always implement and highlight why meal prep and being organised is so important, it helps me focus, I don’t need to rush around and grab junk last minute because I’m not prepared, and I love routine. Implementing this helps me to stay on track, be consistent, and stress free 🥰
