Yoga with Yara

🌿 Park Yoga Westbury may have finished, but the yoga continues! 🌿

Since Park Yoga Westbury finished, many of you have been asking me where I am teaching now. So here is an update:

✨ Thoulstone Park
🧘‍♀️ Every Wednesday 7:00–8:00 pm
🧘‍♀️ Every Thursday 11:00 am–12:00 pm

And for those of you who have asked if I could open a yoga class right here in Westbury… I have good news! 💚

Yes, I am planning that! 🎉

I am currently considering either:
🌙 Monday 7:00–8:00 pm
or
🌙 Tuesday 7:00–8:00 pm

So I would love to hear from you — which day would you prefer, Monday or Tuesday?

Please send me a message or comment below with your preference. Your feedback will help me choose the best day for my class in Westbury🙏

Thank you so much for your continued support and for practising yoga with me. 🧘‍♀️💚

I’m really looking forward to seeing you on the mat again in Westbury!
