WEEKLY CLASS SCHEDULE:

Monday - Friday 6-7pm | No-Gi Grappling
Taught class for all levels with technical instruction, task-based games and live sparring. A structured session designed to develop new skills and sharpen existing ones.

Monday - Thursday 7-8pm | Structured Open Mat
Supervised mat time to spar, drill or ask the coaches questions - guided support to develop your own game.

Friday 7-8pm | Community Open Mat
Always free and open to the whole community. Bring friends from local clubs for some rolls and ask the coaches anything.

Meet the Forged Grappling Coaches!

At Forged we have 4 coaches who all offer their own expertise in all different types of grappling 🔥

Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be covered by Jack and Harry

Tuesday and Thursday will be covered my Mitch and Nath

This is the usual days the coaches will cover but it is flexible and you can expect to see the coaches dropping into other sessions when they can 💪🏼

Make sure to get yourself down to Forged to meet the team and become part of our club 🙏🏻

1 Final Week of Founding Memberships!

All of our Forged Founding Membership spots have now sold out! However as a thank you to the community as the support has been unbelievable and we have hit our goal much quicker than expected we want to make sure everyone has 1 last chance to lock in their founding memberships for life, we are running 1 more week of founding memberships but once they are gone they’re gone!

Any new memberships from 1st August will be at the standard price of £80pm.

• Toilet with all the facilities you would ever need 🧼

As we carry on running Forged we will be upgrading the space monthly to improve the gym to help our members achieve whatever goals they may have!
