The sun was shining, the golf was hot and the course was parched and running ☀️🥵

Once again we welcomed new members and guests, as happily seems to be the case at almost every event we play ❤️

So a big hello and Out2GolfUK welcome to Scott James, Shane Fitzgerald and Lara Gibbons - was a pleasure to have you with us and hope to see you at upcoming events!
Was also great to see another couple of newbies return for their second event - great to see you again Alex and Alan!

A warm but blustery welcome at this favourite stop for the society ☀️🌬️

Playing the Red and the Blue loop on this 27 hole setup, another great Sunday on the links was had by all - bacon rolls were also the best of the year so far 🥓🥓

Wonderful times had by all on this outstandingly sunny Sunday !!
Was great to see so many familiar faces, including the first outing for our Captain Neil ( even though he keeps calling me Matthew 😜).
Also a massive Out2GolfUK welcome to our newest member, Brian, who was a pleasure to meet and hope we will be seeing much more of over the season 👋

WE’RE BACK BABY!!!

Our 30th anniversary year kicked off with a bang at a wet and windy Woldingham Golf Club.

Although the greens were a little bumpy, the course was in great shape for this early in the season and a cracking day was had by all who attended.

Apologies for the lack of photos - I blame the d***y guy who does the social media 😂😂

Before I announce the results, I would just like to say on a personal note how lovely it was seeing everyone after our winter hiatus and look forward to seeing many more faces, both old and new, at the next event 😘

It was extremely tight at the top with only one point separating the top 5 players !! 💪💪

Round Seven - Westerham Golf Club, Kent

Another fantastic Sunday outing at a truly wonderful course.
This was our penultimate event of the season ( where has 2025 gone 😢😢) and despite the great British weather trying its best, we managed to survive with just a wee smattering of umbrella action ☔️
And if it couldn’t get any better than that we had some amazing prizes to give away courtesy of our rather brilliant sponsor, American Golf.
AND!! if that wasn’t enough we had the premier matchplay event of the weekend taking place, our knockout semi finals! ( apparently there was some event taking place in New York as well … 🤷😜)
