Urban Flow turns ONE.

On 12 July, we’ll be celebrating our first birthday.

From a little idea to a studio filled with movement, laughter and friendships, we can’t thank you enough for being part of our story.

Classes will run as normal, but with a little extra birthday magic. The studio will be dressed for the occasion, and Cavo Cove will be outside serving hot and iced coffee and matcha. Every client attending a class that day can enjoy a complimentary drink on us.

If you’re tempted by something sweet, pancakes will also be available to purchase.

And because no birthday is complete without presents, every client attending will receive a birthday goodie bag, created especially as a thank you for being part of Urban Flow
