Bowls is a sport that’s built to last⚫️

There’s much more than just skill and experience that gets passed down from generation to generation.

This , let us know what stories you have of equipment that has been passed down through the years. Is it a set of bowls you still play with after many years? Maybe a bowls bag that your mum or dad used?

Let us know in the comments below ⬇️

Thanks as well to clubs across England that help new bowlers grow their love for the sport with used equipment, potentially giving it a second life. Sustainability is hugely important in sport and it’s great to see our clubs playing a part👏

🎯 Have Your Say

If you volunteer at a bowls club, sit on the committee, help with coaching, look after welfare or just keep things running… this survey is for you!

All four National Governing Bodies and the Bowls Development Alliance are coming together to agree a shared view of what the sport needs over the next five years. This survey exists to put the views of the people who actually run and support bowls clubs at the centre of our decision-making.

It takes around 10 minutes, all answers are confidential, and everyone who completes it will be eligible to be entered into a prize draw to win a £250 Amazon voucher 🎁

The survey is open until Monday 7 September, so you don't have long!

👉 Complete the survey here: bit.ly/ClubandVolunteerSurvey
Thank you for everything you do for your club. This is your chance to make sure your voice is heard.

Our men’s team “Wolfe” played their last league game for the current season against Sevenoaks Bowling Club. sadly our team didn’t win, but they won with a tremendous spread of food, prepared by our own letts - think you’ll agree it looks delicious - great job !
