The fundraising pack has arrived and the small hall at Uphill is booked 🎉 we’ll be popping the kettle on after the 9.30-10.30am class. I would love for you all to come and join me. If you come to class at a different time of the week or if you don’t come to class at all, we’d love to see you there

There will of course be lots of cake eating opportunity so please bring your cake belly 😋

Not sure I needed another retreat recce, but I definitely needed some time with these beautiful people… ❤️

Just on my way home after a few lovely days at Casa Fina with my daughter Edi, putting the final details together for our retreat.

It was beautifully hot, and I was very thankful for the warm pool and the air-conditioned bedroom. As always, the delicious food and drink flowed freely, with plenty of laughter. We even made sure the market was still up to standard for our excursion day 🤣 — and I’m pleased to report (2 dresses later) it absolutely is! And of course, no trip to Casa Fina would be complete without a generous helping of beagle cuddles from Alfie & Dilly 🐶

We’re now all set for our fully booked October 2027 retreat, and we honestly cannot wait to welcome everyone there.

And whilst I may not have needed another excuse to visit this very special place, I’m so glad I did — because it’s also given us the chance to properly step into planning for Casa Fina 2026✨

We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of one of our class participants. Our hearts and thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this incredibly difficult time.

We will remember him fondly and extend our heartfelt condolences to everyone who knew and cared for him.

Rest in Peace Scott.

We’ll be taking a little summer break! ☀️

There will be no in-person classes from Tuesday 11th August to Monday 17th August.

Don’t worry though—there are plenty of workouts waiting for you on the On Demand platform to keep you moving while I’m away. 💪 If you need the password, just send me a message and I’ll be happy to help.
