No training over the bank holiday.
Next session is Wednesday 2nd September.

We are training this Saturday from 11am in Studio 1 which is above the pool.

Training this Wednesday as normal. Then changing to Saturday 11am till 1pm throughout August

Our Dojo is having its floor revamped.
So we have a change of location & day throughout August.
We will be training on Saturday mornings 11am to 1pm in Studio 1 at Hutton Moor.

Thank you very much to those who attended our 2nd Kata Focus Class yesterday 12th July.
It was an extremely hot session but we had plenty of water breaks.
The Kata studied was Heian Sandan.
With indepth focus on footwork & movement.

This was preceded by a quick recap of Heian Nidan which was the focus of our last Kata Class.

As these classes are limited in numbers & by invitation only, the next date will be sent out in due course.

There are limited spaces so invitations have been sent out.

A very hot night in the Dojo.
We were very surprised & pleased with how many Students made the effort in the extreme heat to join us.

It is going to be another extremely hot night in the Dojo tonight, so, remember your water bottles.

And for this exceptional session, t-shirts (white only) & Gi bottoms may be worn.

As it is going to be extremely hot this week, Students may wear a white t-shirt instead of their Gi tops.
Gi bottoms & belts must be worn as usual.

Remember to bring water!
