A great night with our amazing dance family watching Lord of the dance last night! A brilliant show which left the children totally inspired and buzzing!

Team CGA are so excited to be performing at The Rose Theatre in Kingston this evening at the Creative Youth Dance showcase!

Time for the children to showcase their talents, have fun and make great memories ❤️ 🎶 ❤️

What a brilliant young lady our Erin is!!!

She took to the World Championship stage today with such excitement and anticipation really looking forward to showing off her hard work and brilliant improvements.

The first dance didn't quite go to plan with Erin slipping and falling very heavily injuring her lower back 😢

Erin being the determined and brave girl she is, composed herself and took to the stage again to complete her 1st round. Luck was not on her side as she sadly slipped and fell again 😢 which meant she was then disqualified from the championship part of the competition.

Falling a second time injured Erin even more but after treatment from a medic, she decided to dance through the pain to perform her slip jig!!

She performed the slip jig beautifully with much determination and we are sure adrenaline numbing the pain!!

We are absolutely delighted to say Erin then got a recall and placed 8th in the World out of 110 dancers!!!!!! 🎊 👏 💐 🥳 🎊

Erin is always such a joy to teach and be around and we knew what a determined, talented and focused young lady she was before today but her fight, passion and grace today, after everything she went through, blew us away even more and makes us the proudest teachers ever.

Erin - you are a true shining star with such strength and positivity. Congratulations ❤️ 🎊 👏 💐 🏅 🌎

Oh wow what a day!!!!

Our gorgeous Ellen danced beautifully in the U17 World championships today and got a 7th place in her reel!!!!!

Out of 148 dancers this is an absolutely brilliant result and is a reflection of all her hard work and commitment over these last few months.

We are absolutely over the moon and are bursting with pride!!!

Let the celebrations begin!!! 🍾❤️ 🎊 💐 🥳 🏅 🌎

Well that's a wrap!! Last class complete before our fabulous 2 head off to Killarney for the World Championships 2024!!

Ellen and Erin have worked tremendously hard and their dedication and commitment to their extra practice and improvements have been amazing to see.

When the girls take to the stage this week (Ellen on Thursday and Erin on Saturday) they can be immensely proud of how far they have come and our wish for them is to dance the best they can, enjoy every minute and make precious memories!

We are beyond proud of you girls and can't wait to see you perform on that amazing world's stage!!!

Team CGA had the best time celebrating St Patrick's day taking part in 6 displays ❤️ ☘️ ❤️

All the dancers performed brilliantly and were loved by all who watched them!

They all had a great time with lots of fun, happiness and laughter and we are beyond proud as always of everyone single dancer!

And a massive thank you also to our amazing parents who allow the children to do what they love!

A great weekend of dancing at The Claddagh Feis last weekend.

Beautiful dancing and great results for team CGA, including many 1st places and personal bests!

So great to see all the hard work paying off and seeing all the happy faces doing what they love... which is what it's all about!!

All England Championships 2024
🌟CGA Super Sunday team 🌟

Sunday was the turn of our gorgeous beginner and pre open dancers and the buzz and excitement was brilliant to see!

All the girls danced beautifully and really showed off their hard work and love for their dancing which was so evident to see with their smiley faces and great support for eachother 💕

There were amazing results for all the girls which included many 1st, 2nd and 3rd places, medals and podium winners!!

A special shout out too to Niamh O and Rebecca for debuting their 2 hand reel which they performed so brilliantly ❤️

An amazing day 1 of the All England Championships for team CGA!

It started with our gorgeous senior dancers coming 2nd in the 4 Hand championship!!

So amazing having the 4 girls together and performing so brilliantly ❤️ Having the fabulous Ruby and Morgan back competing in the figures was so special too 🌟 🤩 They girls had a great time together and looked gorgeous!! 😍

Great results were then to follow for our fabulous Ellen and Erin!

Another very successful day for team CGA at The Emerald Championships recently.

Our fabulous 14 danced beautifully with the hard work evidently paying off and the continued passion, enjoyment and confidence shining through!!

Between them the children won a total of 51 medals which included 16 x 1st places!! 10 trophies and 3 championship places!!!

A special shout out to the following dancers for the 1st places they won!! 🏅 🏅 🏅

Rebecca = 6 x 1sts

Our 3 gorgeous open girls also danced beautifully and gained great results in tough competitions!

These girls are such great role models for the younger dancers and really deserve all their successes after all the hard work and commitment they put in!

So again a brilliant day full of excitement, happy faces, success, friendships and great support for eachother! ❤️ 🏆 🏅 ☘️
