*Breath Therapy Tuition (SOS breath techniques & general breath work)
*Relaxation Therapy (meditation, stress management, visualisation)

£55 1hr, £75 1.5 hr

As the Hersham Centre for the Community remains closed (as with other Elmbridge Centres), I’m afraid there will be no Zumba Gold there until the New Year until hopefully it reopens. All my Zumba Goldies are welcome to book on for this weeks Weybridge Zumba for a last Xmas wiggle.
