🌸What does your meditation journey look like?🌸

Mine started when I was going through a tough time. My physical practice was going great but my emotions were flying all over the place, so the idea of sitting still with my thoughts made me anxious.

I started just sitting for 2 minutes at a time, slowly building up the time so now 20 minutes is something I enjoy. I realised that I would pour so much of myself into m physical practice just to escape my emotions.

So when your work
moves too fast, and you loose yourself in the chaos
Thank the air around you with every breath you take
Find yourself in the appreciation of life

🌿SUNDAY AFFIRMATION🌿

I am learning everyday to let the space between where I am
and
where I want to be,
inspire me and not terrify me.

It’s okay to have to slightly crazy goals,
it’s what drives us,
what makes us human

Just know that every little thing you do each day is a step in that direction

💫93% STARDUST💫

We have calcium in our bones,
iron in our veins,
carbon in our souls,
and nitrogen in our brains

With souls made of flames,
we are all just stars that have people names

✨CLASS TIMETABLE✨

I’ve spent all week putting together classes focusing on certain aspects and here is the timetable!

Read below for further descriptions of each class to see which one is for you

Monday: Wild Flow ‪8am‬ (Zoom)

Keep things free and easy with this fun, flowing 60 minute class. Ride the wave of your breath with feel good vinyasa flows, with a little bit of everything. All before coasting back down to your mat to relax into some simple stretches and twists.

Wednesday: Balanced Play ‪8a‬m (Park)

Have fun with a steady, playful vinyasa flow that builds towards arm balances and inversions. This hour class builds up through flows that draw attention to core strength, readying you for such poses.

Thursday: Power Flow ‪6‬pm (Zoom)

Build strength and power without spending time in the gym. Build rhythm and familiarity with sun salutations before turning to your core and legs, firing up the muscles that keep you stable throughout the day. This is a 45 minute class, leaving you feel strong and powerful.

Sunday: Mindful Movement ‪9am‬ (Park)

This 60 minute vinyasa and hatha style class centres around awakening the body through movement and bringing attention to how the body feels, practicing mindfulness.

If you have any questions please feel free to pop me a message or check out my website in my bio for more information about 1:1’s and specialised classes

✨Be More Mindful✨

Be more aware of where you place your energy
Aware of the friendships your hold most dear
And mostly aware of the what makes your soul feel free

More often than not we hold onto things because they are comfortable
We settle for less because the effort to remove yourself is difficult

But trust that you have the strength to do what you need
And that those who love you will be with you on the other side

UPSIDE DOWN

Sometimes all you have to do is flip upside down and change your perspective

I’m learning to remove myself from a situation emotionally before reacting to it

It’s always great to take some time to reassess and make space for yourself

The feeling of not belonging
is a sign that you are supposed to be
somewhere else,
doing something different.

Let it push you,
shove you
and force you onto a new path

p.s. when you’re almost 6ft it’s very hard to get your legs in the photo
