Can’t believe I’m writing this, but I’ve started a new role Dorset Sea Salt Company , working alongside my brothers. 🧂

The three of us have always had an incredibly close relationship, and having seen the business grow first hand over the last 10 years, I know just how much hard work, dedication and craft has gone into making Dorset Sea Salt what it is today.

I’m a huge believer in being lifestyle rich doing what you love without losing the things that matter.

I’ll still have my foot in the door with my own Tennant Training business, continuing to grow Movement Meet and doing as much good as I can within the local community. ❤️

I am soooo excited for this next chapter and to play my part in helping the brand grow to new heights across the UK and beyond! 🌍🧂

This one is a special one ❤️

A huge congratulations to my wonderful mum, who has been training with me over the last three months and has lost just shy of two stone!

But for me, the biggest achievement goes far beyond the number on the scales. She has completely transformed her overall lifestyle… Building strength, shedding body fat and becoming fitter and healthier, all without silly calorie restrictions or endless hours of cardio.

Being on this journey with my mum has genuinely been one of the best experiences of my fitness career.

I really don’t know what I would do without this lady in my life, and having the opportunity to train her and watch the progress she has made so far has filled my heart.

That being said, this was never in doubt. When my mum puts her mind to something, she absolutely smashes it!!!

Nearly two stone down, stronger, healthier and with a completely different lifestyle.

Strength club has been going for over a week now and I can’t deny, I absolutely love it. 💙

It has been a great success so far. People learning how to lift properly with good form and tempo. We still have some slots available and it’s a really smart way to start your day. If you’re interested please drop us a message.
