20 minutes. 45 minutes. An hour ⏰
The clock doesn’t decide whether you’ve had a good workout.
And simply moving weight from A to B, ticking off exercises and completing the prescribed number of reps isn’t what creates progress.
It’s the effort you put into every one of those reps 💪🏻
If 20 minutes is all you’ve got today — brilliant.
Make it the best 20 minutes you’ve got.
If your weights are lighter than the person next to you — who cares? Push YOUR levels.
Your ability.
Your strength.
Your fitness.
Your starting point.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about finishing a set knowing you genuinely challenged yourself — whatever challenging looks like for you.
Don’t just count the reps.
Make the reps count.
Enjoy the effort. Embrace being challenged and push your limits.
Because that’s where progress is made.
Progress, not perfection 💙
Best, Phil 👍🏼
