If somebody had asked me just a few years ago what I thought of the word fitness Iād have told them a ā6-packā muscles and broad shoulders but what does fitness actually mean?
Fitness may be a taboo subject to some and it may very well be that you too think of the word fitness as I once did but what really is fitness?
Fitness is unloading the shopping without struggling with the bags, itās taking a little one to the park without getting tried, itās walking up the stairs without becoming breathless. Fitness is āthe quality of being suitable to fulfil a particular task.ā

Accomplishment.
What does it mean to you?
To me itās being able to end my day knowing Iāve made someone smile however that may be.
The power of a true smile has the ability to not only change your day but set solid foundations for your future.
Just a few days ago myself and two friends took on Snowdon in commemoration of his late relative. The smiles as we reached the summit could have been from miles away. That day, Sunday, is one Iāll hold on my heart forever.
