We will now meeting on Wednesdays at 6pm instead of our usual evening (Thursday at 7pm)
still at SJT but now in the Gymnasium room. πͺ

Strength Circuit Class - Thursdays at 7pm
Join our lovely welcoming group for a fun and challenging strength circuit workout every Thursday at 7pm! ποΈββοΈ
This class is perfect for all fitness levels - from beginners to experienced exercisers. We'll work through the stations with a series of strength-building exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, and light weights.
The circuits are designed to get your heart pumping while also targeting all the major muscle groups.
What to expect:
A supportive, judgment-free environment,
Modifications shown for all exercises
Friendly group of participants who encourage each other for a
45 minute workout that flies by.
Feel stronger and more energized after each session.
So no need to overthink it - just show up ready to work hard and have fun! π All you need is a bottle of water, and a positive attitude.
