Internet training started and a great success x please contact me if you would like a one to one or classes up to 4 with friends or family x bespoke to you in the privacy of your own home perfect opportunity to start and build your confidence ! Any level no equipment or whatever you have, from seated, pilates, equipilates, stretching, rehabilitation, or circuit training x or a bit of whatever you fancy x I have 20 years experience x please share this if you think any of your friends might be interested

For everyone sitting at a desk today .....
Set your alarm in your phone for every hour and then squeeze your shoulder blades together and count to 100
Helps to guard against unstable shoulder joints causing acute pain and possible can turn into frozen shoulder
such a simple little thing can really help
POSTURE CHALLENGE
So many of you work at desks and computers all day, I know it can be a real problem creating bad posture neck and upper back problems and unstable joints in the shoulders
Try this just for fun
Place a piece of long plaster, kinetic tape, zinc tape across your upper back (from shoulder blade to shoulder blade)with your shoulders back in correct posture
How long can you keep it on before it pings ?????
This is a much better rehabilitation technique than using a shoulder brace as it will strengthen your muscles in the correct position
