Heavy legs by the end of the day?
Heat and gravity are not always the best combination. After hours of working, standing, driving or caring for everyone else, fluid naturally settles in the lower legs and feet.
That heavy, tired feeling is more common than you think.
Self support one of my all time favourites and really recommend - Legs up in the air Elevate Your Legs for 10 Minutes
If fluid is pooling in your ankles and lower legs, give gravity a helping hand.
Lie down and elevate your legs above heart level for 10–15 minutes.

If you’ve noticed more swelling in the heat , you’re not imagining it. Your body is simply responding to the heat.

Self support tip :- Heel lifts get Your Calf Muscles Working . Your calf muscles act as a “second heart”, helping pump blood and fluid back towards the heart.
If you’re sitting for long periods, aim to:
Heel raises if your sitting
Go for a walk for couple of mins every hour
Rise onto your toes 10–20 times
Take a short walk after meals
Small amounts of movement throughout the day are often more effective than one long session.

Just plain wrong:
Thinking self-care is a luxury.
GOOD:
Making time for yourself occasionally.
EXCELLENT:
Realising that looking after yourself regularly helps everyone else too.
You are not a machine or robot .
Fyi even the most reliable robots need regular upkeep .
