AGM NEWS! 📰
The 2022 Formula Grasstrack Association AGM was held on Sunday 20th November at Prees Cricket and recreation club.
The following officers were re-elected.
- Chairman Glyn Stanton
- Vice Chairman Jake Breeze
- Secretary Ross Wharton
- Treasurer Karen Budd.
🔵 We will continue to organise events under the ACU (Auto-Cycle Union). After holding discussions with them last week, they are able to offer us a package that will enable financial stability for the association going forward. This is positive news for us.
🔴 For 2023, rider's will be able to drop their worst championship score (including missed round). This rule applies if 8 or more rounds are run. 7 or less, all round will count.
🔵 Senior rider's must still use a 23" front wheel. 21" front wheels are not permitted.
🔴 rider's can now join the formula 50 to ensure their racing number is listed with us. As with 2022, formula 50 members will have the benefit of cheaper entry fees. It's £20 for the season. And payments can be made via bacs or cheque.

🔵 As well as the fga championship, we will continue to have the 3 club championships. Wrekin, Whitchurch MCC and Minsterley MC hold their own championships Incorporated in the meetings for their club riders. If you would like to be included in these, contact us about joining 1, 2 or 3 of these clubs. You will also get your acu licence code when joining a club.
Fixtures will be out in early 2023. It's an exciting year, celebrating our 50th anniversary. 1973-2023

‼️Regs will be made available for Round 1 at Malpas shortly.
Whitchurch MCC are going to enforce the rule this season on entry dates, due to the growing number of riders failing to submit regs and payments by the date set on the regs. This has become an issue at signing on.
This season, NO LATE ENTRIES will be accepted.
Thank you for your cooperation.
We'd like to remind you that we cannot run our meetings without volunteers, and it's these people we want to make things easier for on race day, so please get your regs in ASAP.
You will soon be able to pay online - we can't make it any simpler than that! Thank you.
