Currently dropping 1kg per week consistently, around 2 weeks left before I reverse.
150 minutes of cardio 120-130bpm/week

Tried some reformer Pilates last week, couldn’t resist pretending to be on a go kart though! Humbling experience, I brought grunting to the room, but definitely enjoyed it! Remember to get out and try new things, you might enjoy them

8 weeks apart, Jaz is smashing it, proof that commitment and showing up for yourself and putting in the work gets results. She’s getting stronger every week, clothes sizes dropping and confidence growing.
Looking forward to where the next 8 weeks takes us 💪🏻

Condition is getting there, spinal erectors starting to show. Hopefully a few more weeks in a deficit and adding in an extra 60 minutes of cardio/week will pull the excess fat off ready for the push back up 👌🏼

The key to burning more calories isn’t just moving more and doing more exercise, it’s lean muscle tissue.
The more lean muscle mass you have the higher your BMR, which is your basal metabolic rate, this is how many calories your body burns at rest.
With increasing your muscle size (no, you’re not going to get “bulky” overnight, it takes years), you not only increase your metabolism, you strengthen your joints, connective tissues, improve your balance and day to day movements, you will feel better physically and mentally and as you continue you will start to look better which will again make you feel better about yourself.
In short, go lift some weights! 💪🏻
