I've had a couple of messages from some lovely mums to be about prenatal/bump classes.
Although I don't run specific prenatal only classes, both Sculpt and Flow are suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.
I am trained in both pre and postnatal fitness and all exercises in these two classes are not only safe in pregnancy but also very beneficial!

MONDAY
9.30am-10am Mama Sculpt
A full-body workout using light weights (or babies weight) to create resistance while performing movements to help strengthen and tone. Suitable for prenatal and postnatal mamas from 6 weeks after delivery.
10am-10.20am Mama Core
A slow paced, 20 minute session focused on strengthening your core post-baby.
7.30pm-8pm Abs & B***y
This 30 minute, high intensity class is sure to get you working up a sweat, and those abs and glutes burning. A strong core and glutes are so important for allowing the rest of the body to function at it's best and can improve posture and reduce back pain as well as shaping and toning. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
THURSDAY
9.30am-10am Mama Fit
A fast paced, high energy, full body workout guaranteed to get you working up a sweat and burning those calories! No equipment needed, use your bodyweight (and babies!) to create that burn! A complete full body workout that's fun and high energy. Suitable for postnatal mamas from 12 weeks after delivery.
10am-10.30am Mama Flow
A slow, movement-based workout that incorporates contemporary functional movements focusing on mobility, strength and balance. Set to relaxing music, this low-intensity workout will get you in the flow! Suitable for prenatal and postnatal mamas from 6 weeks after delivery.
Sculpt, Fit and Flow are £6 a class, Core is £3 a session, or £1 if you attend after Sculpt.
