We hope you’ve all enjoyed your summer holidays! We’re looking forward to welcoming all of our swimmers back to the pool this week. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

All new customers have been sent our facility rules and parking information. Please check your inbox and make sure this information is read before attending.

ℹ️ A QUICK REMINDER BEFORE YOUR CHILD’S LESSON

🩱 SWIMWEAR & GOGGLES
Please ensure your child wears appropriate swimwear.
For our non-swimmer/beginner lessons, goggles should not be worn unless required for medical reasons. This helps us focus on developing water confidence from the start.

🥤 STAY HYDRATED
Please encourage your child to drink water before and after their lesson.

⚠️ NO FOOD OR SWEETS
Due to customers with food allergies and the risk of allergic reactions, we kindly ask that no food or sweets are brought into or consumed within the facility.

🤫 PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM
During lessons, we ask spectators to keep noise levels as low as possible. This reduces distractions, improves swimmer focus and creates a better teaching environment.

🚽 TOILET BEFORE LESSONS
Please ensure your child uses the toilet before their lesson starts. Leaving this until the scheduled lesson time can cause disruption to both your child and the rest of the group.

⏰ ARRIVAL TIMES
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your lesson. This gives enough time to change and use the toilet before the session begins.
Lessons will start promptly at the scheduled time.

😃 BE POSITIVE
A positive and encouraging attitude can make a huge difference to your child’s confidence and progress.

🅿️ PARKING
Please follow the parking plan provided.
⚠️ Please DO NOT park in the B&B car park.
