After yesterday’s bank holiday, it’s time to get back to our fitness so make sure you make the most of this week’s classes.
As always, remember you need a good balance of movement which should include strength training, cardio exercise, work on your core and stretching.

Good morning, it looks as if our recent spell of good weather has temporarily deserted us today…. but don’t panic too much as tomorrow’s forecast shows ☀️☀️☀️… yay!

Good morning, I hope you’ve all had a lovely Easter weekend and you’re ready for a new week of fitness 💪🏋️🧘
We kick off tonight with our Cardio & Strength Workout at 5.45 pm - the perfect all-in-one session to burn fat and calories PLUS strength work to shape and streamline the body.
We alternate the Cardio element each week between Aerobics and Combat with tonight's session at 5.45 pm looking like this:
✔️30 minutes of easy-to-follow AEROBICS to help you burn fat and calories
✔️10 minutes STRENGTH work with hand weights to work the upper body and lower body
✔️10 minutes STRENGTH work with resistance bands to further work the upper body and lower body
Don't forget all our classes must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment which you can do on our booking site linked below. Catch you later, team!

Well, it was fun while it lasted but sadly it’s back to the grey, rainy skies we’re far more used to in this country ☹️
Regardless of the weather, it’s Monday and time to start putting in place your fitness plans for the week ahead. Remember there’ll be no classes next Easter Monday so make sure you double down this week to make up for missing those sessions.
Don’t forget your fitness schedule needs to incorporate a healthy balance of movement which includes strength training, getting your heart rate up with some cardio, and engaging your core. All the things our classes are carefully designed to give you! 🏋️💃🥊🧘

What a relief to finally welcome in the lighter nights with the clocks changing at the weekend - especially when you look at the weather forecast for the week ahead ☀️☀️☀️
With the arrival of April tomorrow, we’ve decided to tweak our timetable with a brand new class…. we know how much you love Monday’s Triple Lift Lean so we’ve replicated this winning formula to bring you an extra Triple Lift Lean on Thursdays too! That word “Extra” has been carefully chosen as you’ll be targeting those arms, legs, bums and tums with equipment you’re already familiar with (resistance bands, kettle bells and hand weights) - but in a different way! A great opportunity to get summer-body-ready by lifting lean on Mondays AND Thursdays 💪
Don’t wait until Thursday to kick off your fitness week - come and join us at tonight’s sessions:
