We kicked things off with:

Then, we spent some time on the rowers, perfecting our technique:

Our mum and baby classes are a happy place for mums to come, work out, and socialize. Look at all the prams parked!
We also had a few new faces today, and it was a pleasure meeting you all. We worked our legs extra hard, and everyone left feeling great!๐๐ผ๐ค

Busy Strong Women Tuesday Class!

My aim is to meet you where you are in your fitness journey. Yesterday some mums were doing barbell reverse lunges at the same time new mum were working on balance and getting the technique right with a lighter load.
