Whitley Bay Clients :

Weve been giving our restart date for the lessons held at Whitley Bay. We will resume lessons week starting Tuesday 27th February! 🙌🏾 🏊🏼‍♀️

I will be contacting our clients over the next couple of days to confirm their booking from last year. Can I ask if anyone is not wishing to continue their lessons to message this page so I can remove them from our timetable and book others in from the waiting list.

I will be removing this page in a few weeks. So can I ask all to contact the main “Making Waves” page. For any future enquiries for this page too.

The road between Seaton Sluice and the caravan park is closed due to what looks like a very bad accident 😔 Anyone attending lessons today may need to take an alternative route or give themselves a little extra time.

Member Notice for Friday 5th May
Hey guys, just a quick one, unfortunately there will be no lessons on tomorrow. The complex will be getting new gas pipes installed meaning the boilers will be off for several hours so there will be no hot water entering the pool affecting the temperature. I’d rather cancel them to be safe instead of risking it being freezing for them. We will see you next week. (Week 2). Payments were due tomorrow but we will just charge for 3 lessons on the 12th May. Great News Guys.
We have been given a restart date for our 1-2-1 lessons at our Whitley Bay site!
We will be returning to our lessons the week commencing Mon 20th February. 🙌🏾

Making Waves is looking to expand our team. We are looking for Level 1 or Level 2 swimming teachers. If there’s anyone out there looking for work get in touch or indeed if anyone knows any teachers please tag them.

Also if anyone’s interested in the role and not yet a qualified teacher but are keen to becoming one I can also look at getting you into a course (paid for) train you up and work alongside us in the near future. £12 per hour teaching 121 lessons. 🏊🏽‍♂️

We’re back at it first day swimming into the New Year. Swimming Club returns tonight 6.30-7.30 @ Benfield Sports Centre 🏊🏼‍♀️ 🏊🏽‍♂️

Our 1-2-1 lessons won’t be back till beginning of February. I’ll be contacting everyone once the dates are confirmed.
