To my wonderful Pilates People
It is with great regret that following the Government's latest advice regarding social distancing, that I feel we now need to temporarily cancel our classes for the safety of our clients and staff.
It's a hard decision to make for so many reasons and especially as I feel that some normalcy in our routines, and being able to practice Pilates, would be of benefit both mentally and physically at this most testing of times.
I am hoping to explore the option of moving to providing an online service meaning that you can log on from the comfort of your own home to enjoy your Pilates class. More information to follow later on.
So in the meantime bear with me, and I will let you know when I have got things all sorted.

Hi all, with the summer holidays coming up its a good time to start getting fitter, leaner and stronger.
There are spaces available in the following classes:
1 space in Tues 6:30pm at Seasalter Christian centre
1 Space in Thurs 11am class at Folly house studio
2 Spaces in Thurs 6:15pm class at Folly house studio
